Emerton Leisure Centre, Blacktown City Council and Royal Life Saving, proudly support the Watch Around Water Campaign.

Watch Around Water requires all children under the age of 5 years to wear a Water Around Water wristband issued at reception and be within arms reach of a parent/guardian over 18 years at all times.

Children aged from 6-9 years must be supervised by an adult (over 18yrs) while in the pool area of the centre at all times. The adult must be actively supervising and their view cannot be obstructed.

Winner of 2010 National Heart Foundation Facilities Award for our Waterwise Indigenous Aquatic Education Project.
