Conditions of Entry
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

You must agree to all conditional rules related to the centre and directions provided by staff. If you do not comply then we may remove you from the centre without refund and you may be prosecuted.

You must pay an entry fee to access the centre. This fee enables you to enter the centre once- pass outs are not given.

You must behave in a manner that is safe and respectful for the enjoyment and safety of other people using the centre. If you behave in an insulting, loud, dangerous, aggressive, unpleasant or otherwise illegal manner, you will be required to leave the centre.

If you are affected by any drugs, alcojol or medications which may make it unsafe for you to use the centre's facilities then you are not permitted to use these facilities. Alcohol is not permitted.

You must not bring any animals into the centre (other than Guide Dogs), breakable objects, weapons or any other substance which is prohibited by law.

To respect the privacy of all visitors you must not bring any video or recording equipment into the centre without prior approval of the centre.

Children under 5 years must be constantly within arms reach of a person over the age of 18 years at all times.

Children under 10 years must be accompanied into the centre and constantly supervised by a person over the age of 18 at all times.

Smoking is not permitted within the centres buildings.

In the interest of public health and safety, recognised swimwear must be worn when you use any pool. If you do not used apporved swimwear you will be asked to leave the water.

For safety reasons you are not permitted to block the entrances and exits to the centre with personal belongings.

Only persons approved by the centre are permitted to conduct learn to swim and private swimming lessons at the centre.

You enter the centre at your own risk. You must only swim where you are medically and physically fit and able toy swim. You release the centre from any and all injury that may be sustained by you whilst you are at the centre and consent to receiving any medical treatment that the centre's staff may reasonably consider necessary or desirable in the event you suffer an injury at the centre.
