Group Fitness

Do you want to get in shape in a friendly, motivated environment, with qualified staff? Then come try out our exciting group fitness classes - There is a wide range of classes to choose from whether you want to improve your flexability, muscle tone, cardiovascular conditioning or strength! We have classes that cater to all fitness levels!

All group fitness classes are one hour in length with the exception of Aqua which is 45 minutes. Dry Fitness classes are held in the court area and Aqua classes are held in the 25M pool. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your class to ensure that you are ready to start when the class begins.

Participants will not be admitted into classes after the warm up has commenced. Proper white, non-marking shoes must be worn at all times in the court area.

Group Fitness Classes:

Aqua Aerobics

A great workout for any fitness level. Low-impact cardiovascular activity with the benefits of an all over body workout.

Boxfit

A moderate to intense full body workout designed to get your heart pumping! A combination of punching moves focuses on increasing strength, speed, agility and hand-eye coordination.

Combo

A moderate combination class. Good for beginner to intermediate fitness levels. Combines aspects of different classes such as powerbar and step.

Powerbar

Designed for all fitness levels. Incorporates free weights, focuses on improving strength & tone.

Conditions of Entry

  • You must agree to all conditional rules related to the centre and directions provided by staff. If you do not comply then we may remove you from the centre without refund and you may be prosecuted.
  • You must pay an entry fee to access the centre. This fee enables you to enter the centre once - pass-outs are not given.
  • You must behave in a manner that is safe and respectful for the enjoyment and safety of other people using the centre. If you behave in an insulting, loud, dangerous, aggressive, unpleasant or otherwise illegal manner, you will be required to leave the centre.
  • Smoking is not permitted within the centre's buildings. If you are affected by any drugs, alcohol or medication which may make it unsafe for you to use the centre's facilities then you are not permitted to use these facilities. Alcohol is not permitted.
  • For safety reasons, you are not permitted to block the entrances or exits to the centre with any personal belongings.
  • You enter the centre at your own risk. You release the centre from any and all injury that may be sustained by you whilst you are at the centre and consent to receiving any medical treatment that the centre's staff may reasonably consider necessary or desirable in the event that you suffer an injury whilst at the centre.
  • Children under 10 years must be supervised by an adult. Children under 5 years must be within arms reach of an adult.
  • Patrons in the court area must be dry and fully clothed.
  • Only soft-soled, non-marking shoes can be worn in the court area.
  • No food to be consumed in the sports hall.
  • Patrons are advised to consult a medical practitioner prior to commencing any exercise program.
  • This is a condensed version of the centre's conditions of entry and all users must follow ALL conditions of entry & rules regulating the centre. These are available at reception and posted throughout the centre.
